1. What is a Rustan's Gift Card (GC)?

• Rustan's Gift Card (GC) – is a stored-value money card used as an alternative to cash for purchases which can be acquired by Customers at all Customer Service Counters (CS) and selected Cashier Counters inside Rustan’s Department Stores, through the Personal Shopper on Call (PSOC) Program, and Rustans.com.
  

• Exclusive Rustan's GC – Rustan's gift cards are applicable for redemption in Rustan's Department Stores and Rustans.com only.
  

• Regular Rustan's GC – Rustan’s gift cards, which are applicable for redemption in Rustan's Department Stores, Rustans.com, and Rustan Group of Companies (RGOC). 

2. Key Features

• Rustans.com GC Value: GCs are available online in the following denominations: ₱1,000, ₱2,000, ₱3,000, ₱4,000, ₱5,000, and ₱10,000.

• In-Store GC value and purchase: The minimum allowable load per card shall be One Thousand (1,000) pesos, and the maximum shall be Ten Thousand (10,000) pesos.

• Note: Amount must be divisible by PHP 100.  The following payment tender shall be accepted in Rustans’ Stores for purchasing GCs: Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card, Check, Online Payment, QR Payments (WeChat, Alipay, Gash, ShopeePay, GrabPay etc.)

• Expiration: GCs do not have an expiration date.

• Activation: Your GC will be activated within 24 hours upon delivery. If you need assistance, please contact our E-commerce Customer Service team.

• Non-reloadable and Non-replaceable: GCs cannot be reloaded with additional funds or replaced if lost.

• Loyalty Points: GC purchases are not eligible for customer loyalty points.

• Returns/Exchanges: GCs cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or other merchandise

3. Types of Redemption

A. Online Redemption (eGC)

• Conversion: To use your GC online, you must convert it to an electronic gift card (eGC) during checkout on rustans.com by entering the GC card number and security code.

• Note: You need to log in to your account on Rustans.com website to use the Rustan's gift card.

• Partial Redemption: 

• If your order total is less than the eGC value, the remaining balance can be used for future online or in-store purchases.  

• If your order total is higher than the eGC value, the remaining balance can be paid with other payment options (please see the payment options) and a refund GC code from rustans.com.

• Multiple GCs: You can use multiple GCs in a single online order.

• Loyalty Points: Your FSP will be credited for points upon linking your FSP account during redemption/purchase (online); For In-Store, kindly advise the Cashier of your FSP account.

4. Important Notes

• Once a GC is converted to an eGC on Rustans.com website, it can no longer be used for in-store purchases.

• Voiding and replacing damaged gift cards can only be processed at Rustan's department stores. A fee of ₱50 per card will be charged for replacement due to damage, and a fee of ₱100 will be charged for voiding and a change in denomination.
  
  
• Gift card gift-wrapping must be tagged per piece prior to checkout.

5. Cancellations and Changes

• You may request to cancel or modify your order (including delivery details) before it has been shipped from our warehouse. To do so, please contact our E-commerce Customer Service team as soon as possible.
