This beer is brewed for Star Wars Day 2026, one of our favourite Galactic public holidays here at Mountain Culture.

Your eyes do not deceive you. This is a punchy West Coast IPA brewed with Citra, Krush and Galaxy (how could we not?) hops.

Citra leads the charge like a seasoned Jedi Master, throwing out big hits of grapefruit, lime and a bit of sharp citrus rind. Krush jumps in at lightspeed with ripe stone fruit and a resinous edge that keeps everything tight and focused. Then there’s a small touch of Galaxy), quietly lurking like a Sith pulling the strings in the background, adding a subtle hit of passionfruit and soft tropical lift without taking over.

The body is lean, balanced like the Force, and finishes dry with a bitterness that cuts cleaner than the Darksaber. It lingers just long enough to pull you back in for another sequel.
