We’ve been searching for almost two years to find an Italian Pinot Grigio which tick all the boxes and we liked this one so much so we imported a pallet load (quite literally!).

It’s a great expression of Pinot Grigio which will give you more Bellissima for your buck vs your standard supermarket plonky pinot plus it’s made with a conscience too.

Inspired by magical places between the Adriatic sea and the high mountains where the stunning old stone buildings filled the wine makers with the motivation to create Pietrame. "Pietra" means "A stone", and these wines are characterised by strong character and decisive style. Typical for mountain climates and soils. 

Coming from the canny crew at Cantina Tollo who are renowned for producing amazing organic and sustainable wines. This is no different with no nasty chemicals used in the vineyard.

Gently pressed grapes and cool fermentation controlled through temperature results in a delicate and expressive tipple.

And because we’ve imported the wine direct to our HQ it also means fewer road miles and a more modest carbon footprint.
