It's been a great summer for hummingbirds here, buzzing around all over, but also forever buzzing away..nice, then, to have one anchored in place! And an elegant old carved one this is, perched via wire legs atop a turned wooden base with bulb atop, as if it were sitting atop the world. With dark red paint on its throat and under it tail feathers, and very nicely carved detailing. To actual scale I believe, and very much capturing the spirit of the creature. 

4 1/8" t x 3 1/16" l x 2 1/4" diameter at base. Very good condition. There is a small opening at the back of its tail, but it doesn't appear there's been loss.
