The PowerTIG 400 EXT is the most powerful member of Everlast's PowerTIG series of TIG/Stick welders. 35% duty cycle at 400A ensures enough power for most any TIG welding task. With 480V 3-phase power, it delivers a full 400A in TIG mode thanks to its high output cooling fan. The welder has a generous 315A output at 35% duty cycle in stick mode to tackle any common stick fabrication or repair chore with up to 1/4" electrode. With the advanced AC pulse feature, the 400 EXT is capable of delivering more TIG welding capability (thickness) than any other unit in its class.
